Being just two minutes walk from Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths and the city’s train and bus station, it’s an ideal base from which to explore the historic city and its surrounding countryside.
B & B accommodation:
We have seven tastefully-decorated rooms over three levels, all with en-suite or private shower rooms and wi-fi access.
Our legendary breakfasts are a hit with hungry visitors, and we cater for everyone including vegans, vegetarians and those with food intolerances.

Self-catering apartment
In addition to bed and breakfast rooms, our self-catering accommodation, ‘Below Stairs’ sleeps up to eight and has two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Looking for things to do in Bath?
Disabled Access: We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs, but unfortunately we’re unable to install an elevator/lift in our Georgian bed and breakfast. Please contact us to discuss any specific concerns you have, especially if you’re unable to climb stairs. Our bedrooms are on the first, second and third floors.

Make an online booking – if you are looking for a SINGLE NIGHT on a weekend, our usual policy is a minimum of 2 nights at weekends but give us a call, you might be lucky and we could have a room available.
