Our aim is to ensure that the standard of accommodation and care we provide for our guests exceeds expectation. We are a family run business - Steve and Liz Barton - occassionally our daughter Clio is on hand to assist us, so you might be welcomed by any of us on arrival. Located in the very heart of Bath’s city centre, we try to create a home from home atmosphere, our home is your home during your visit. The Henry is ideally situated, being close to the superb shopping centre, tourist sites and travel amenities of the World Heritage City of Bath. Just 2 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations and a brief stroll to the fantastic Roman Baths, Pump Rooms and Bath Abbey, The Henry is the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful city.

Offering just FOUR PREMIER rooms - all with en-suite facilities, these are our larger rooms with seating areas, we also still offer our THREE STANDARD rooms - 2 singles with a shared bathroom and 1 TWIN/DBL en-suite, these are much smaller rooms, but excellent for the smaller budget. Each bedroom has a colour television, hairdryers, wi-fi access, tea and coffee making facilities all the facilities you need to make your stay in Bath as comfortable as possible. ALL OUR RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF A HENRY GUEST HOUSE FULL ENGLISH SPECIAL!

We now also have a further annex to the house – TWO apartments each with two bedrooms and their own bathrooms and the use of a large lounge/dinging area with a fully equipped kitchen, should you wish to make use of these facilities. Each bedroom also has its own colour television as well as tea and coffee making facilities - there are extra beds available enabling us to add these to the bedrooms to accomodate those special "girlie" weekends or just special large family celebrations.

Little people of all ages are always welcome at The Henry, we offer a cot and highchair for their comfort. We are also able to provide qualified babysitting services (this service needs to be confirmed at time of reservation) should Mum and Dad wish to spend a romantic evening together in one of Bath’s many great restaurants.
